Fear of flying (aerophobia or aviophobia) is thought to affect up to a third of the population, so if this is something that affects you, you are not alone. This fear can seriously restrict what you do, preventing you from making the most of today’s inexpensive air travel and potentially restricting your own and your family’s lifestyle. But you don’t have to let yourself be limited in this way.
This therapy recording is designed specifically to help you overcome the normal but unnecessary fears that surround air travel. You can learn to remain calm, relaxed and in control. By listening to the recording in the weeks leading up to a flight you can learn to let go of your old fears and learn to feel excited about air travel. Not only can you look forward to your holiday, you can look forward to the journey too.
