locations, times, and fees:

With the restrictions that are currently being imposed on travel and social interaction owing to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that all appointments are being held by video – all you need is a fast and stable internet connection and a safe, private place to talk.

I run a small and busy private practice from Monday to Thursday each week in Esher, Surrey KT10 8HD (map).

To make an appointment please send me an email or phone 07904 52 52 51.

Video appointments are conducted using Doxy, an end-to-end encrypted telemedicine web service. VSee, Zoom and FaceTime appointments are also possible (Skype is not used as it is not considered by UKCP or BABCP to be sufficiently secure).

The cost of video-link sessions is the same as face-to-face sessions.

Surrey appointments:

Initial assessment session, 50 minutes – £85 GBP
Standard therapy session, 50 minutes – £85 GBP
Extended 90 minute assessment session – £120 GBP

You do not need a GP referral to see me unless you are using private health cover (AXA, Bupa, etc). Please note, my services are not available through the NHS.

Insurance schemes / private health cover

I am registered with all the major medical insurance companies: bupa, axa ppp, cigna, pru health (vitality), simply health, aviva, wpa, benenden. If you have health cover you should be able to reclaim your fees.

Your insurer is likely to require you to see your GP or a psychiatrist to get a referral for CBT treatment.
